Mike brings 24 years of law enforcement experience, retiring as Assistant Chief of Police. Throughout his career, he served as a detective and worked in a variety of specialized units, including oversight of a regional Bomb Squad. He completed advanced training at the FBI’s Hazardous Devices School at Redstone Arsenal and is a graduate of the prestigious School of Police Staff and Command at Northwestern University. Before joining ICMG, Mike served as Managing Director at Pinkerton, where he led multidisciplinary teams to deliver enterprise risk programs, develop long-term threat mitigation strategies, and execute high-impact security initiatives tailored to diverse client environments. Mike has also held leadership roles at Express Scripts, Apollo Education Group, and Target Corporation, where he managed multimillion-dollar security programs, built Global Security Operations Centers, and led cross-functional teams in reducing risk, driving operational efficiency, and supporting compliance across highly regulated industries.
